安装 stop-mess-around 后，设置好想要监控的摸鱼网站，你打开对应网站时就会出现带有励志文案的弹窗。这时候你可以立刻关闭网页，也可以选择「放松一下」。这时浏览器会给你几分钟时间浏览摸鱼网站，但会一直显示你的放松倒计时。最后，stop-mess-around 还有必不可少的摸鱼时间统计功能。

可惜我的主力浏览器已经换成 Firefox 了，不过相信大部分人还是在用 Chrome，这个扩展用得上。
